National On-Site Workshop & Certification
Once a year the Chariot Riders Equestrian Center for the Handicapped holds a National On-Site Workshop & Certification. Those interested can take both together or attend just the Workshop followed by the Certification within a two year period of the Workshop. Those wishing to become a PATH Intl. Registered Certified Instructor should contact PATH Intl. (pathintl.org) to complete Phase I of the certification. Those who have completed Phase I or wish to take the Workshop only can call Chariot Riders directly to register (732-657-2710). On-Site Workshops & Certifications are usually held in September. Certified Instructor Candidate Mentoring Program
People interested in becoming a nationally certified instructor need to have 25 hours of instructing experience prior to attending an On-Site Certification. Chariot Riders can provide mentors to assist with this requirement. Please call the Chariot office for more details (732-657-2710).
College Accredited Internships & Volunteering for Credits
