Chariot Riders has a variety of outreach programs designed to bring equine-related activities to an even larger population of people who can benefit from them throughout the community. Field trips from schools and local organizations are available. Student visitors receive an introduction to horse grooming, handling and riding.
For those seeking further education on horses, equine-related topics, disabilities or therapeutic riding, the Chariot Riders staff is available for workshops and lecture presentations. Some of the topics covered are cognitive impairments, sensory integration and riding, seasonal horse care, maintenance of tack and special equipment, and centered riding. This is a great opportunity to obtain valuable information from respected and knowledgeable professionals in the field of therapeutic riding.
To schedule a field trip and learn more about our outreach programs, please call the office at (732) 657-2710 and speak with the Equestrian Director, Linda or email info@chariotriders.org.
